Louis Vuitton through its Core Values Campaign strengthens its continuing commitment to the environment and sustainable development by supporting The Climate Change project established through the initiative of Nobel Prize winner Al Gore.

LV collaborates with Bono (U2) and wife Ali Hewson

Bono of U2 and his designer wife Ali Hewson (2010) – The frontman for leading rock band U2 , and his wife Ali Hewson became the official endorser for this high-end luxury brand in 2010 for its Core Values Campaign. In this one of a kind collaboration aimed to celebrate Africa, the power couple is seen in the ad campaign wearing not head-to-toe LVs but their own ethical clothing line ‘Edun’ while sporting Louis Vuitton limited edition monogrammed Keepall 45 bag, made of Revelation leather, with an inscription inside which says, “Every journey began in Africa”.The good thing about the endorsement is that Bono donates his fees to Chernobyl Children Onternational while the proceeds of the Edun/LV collaborative bag will go to Technoserve in Africa, and other charities or nonprofit organizations.

LV and Football Legends Zinedine Zedani (France), Diego Maradona (Argentina) and Pele (Brazil)

Released in June 2010, this Louis Vuitton ad campaign show these three football greats in a bar having fun playing table football, with a Keepall bag sporting Zedani’s initials in a nearby stool, with the tagline, “Three great journeys, one historic game.” LV, in behalf of the three football superstars, makes a donation to The Climate Change project.

LV and Famous Photographer Annie Leibovitz with Dancing Great Mikhail Baryshnikov

In January of 2010, Louis Vuitton makes a special ad campaign featuring its own and famed photographer Annie Leibovitz and dancing superstar Mikhail Baryshnikov. The ad features a self-portrait of Leibovitz in an intimate moment with her friend Mikhail. Mikhail Baryskinov is a Russian American dancer and choreographer and deemed to be one of the greatest ballet dancers of the 20th century. In the ad, lying next to where Leibovitz sat is a Loui Vuitton Neverfull holdall in Monogram canvas, with the tagline, “The journey of a star captured in a flash.”
